Digital Products

Humanity Bridge primarily offers digital products and downloadable content. Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are generally considered final.

Once a digital product has been successfully delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to the customer, it cannot normally be returned or exchanged.

Refund Eligibility

You were charged an incorrect amount.
You did not receive access to the purchased digital product due to a technical issue on our side.
The file provided is corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from the product purchased.
Another verified technical or billing error occurred during the transaction.
